Following the decision to move gazette notices from the JEP to the MyGov site, does the States of Jersey still pay to place these notices elsewhere or is the cost associated with publication now completely saved?
Official Jersey Gazette notices are published on gov.je and there is no longer a requirement for them to be published in a newspaper.
However, parishes, government departments and other organisations may decide to advertise in printed and online publications, as and when required, to communicate with their customers.
