The performance of the Mydeposits Jersey tenancy deposit scheme is reported to the Government at the end of each month.
On 31 October 2019, the total number of tenancy deposits held in the scheme was 13,293. The total value of the tenancy deposits was £9,724,442.
B
1,670 tenancy deposits have been released from the tenancy deposit scheme to landlords and/or tenants within five working days between December 2018 and November 2019.
C
544 tenancy deposits have been returned to landlords and tenants at the same time (where the tenancy deposit has been apportioned between the landlord and tenant) between December 2018 and November 2019.
